My Journey Through NIFT: 5 Things I Learned

My time at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Mumbai was more than an education; it was a foundational experience that shaped my entire perspective on the fashion industry. Understanding garment construction, fabric properties, and production logistics is what allows a creative vision to come to life effectively. Third, collaboration is everything. The industry is an ecosystem of designers, marketers, stylists, and artisans. Learning to communicate and work seamlessly with diverse talents is non-negotiable.

Fourth, Mumbai taught me resilience. It's a city of a million dreams and just as many challenges. The pace, the competition, and the energy force you to be adaptable and persistent.
